[Info] Broadband: LNSs in use AAISP Incidents and status
As part of our major upgrade work, customers may find they are on any of the four LNSs currently in use, A/B (in the old rack) and C/D (in the new rack). If you find you have bonded lines with some one A/B and some on C/D then you can ppp kill the A/B lines to catch up. We are working on tools to monitor split bonded lines anyway though this should not normally happen.We will probably zap all lines still on A/B tomorrow morning so that we are fully operating on the new host links in to BT.Wholesale customers will not be affected.P.S. Seeing as I am up anyway (grrrr) I am running through all non wholesale lines that have said a pre 2am is preferred and moving over to new LNSs now.
Broadband Usage Reporting (70143) - UPDATE PlusNet service status
This is an update to our previous post regarding customers' broadband usage not being displayed correctly on our website.
Usage is still being collected but for some account types any usage since Midnight on Thursday is not being displayed.
All customers will also find this affects reporting of the 'view internet activities' options in View My Broadband Usage.
We will update this post on Monday, or sooner if there are any changes before then.

Failed billing reactivation problems (70167) - RESOLVED PlusNet service status
With regard to the earlier reported problem affecting users in the first stage of failed billing who couldn't continue to use the internet.
Our engineers have identified and fixed the issue. Customers in the first stage of failed billing can now choose the option to continue to browse the internet.

We have recently become aware of a problem affecting users in the first stage of failed billing who can't continue to use the internet. Usually there is an option to continue browsing but this option is currently unavailable.
Our engineers are currently working towards a resolution and we will update this post once we have more information.

Slow speeds/Data transfer (70143) - RESOLVED PlusNet service status
This is the final update to this service status
Although most customer's service will now be resolved, if you're still seeing lower than normal speeds on certain activities then please power down your modem/router for a few minutes and then power this back up. Anyone still experiencing speed problems after this should contact our support team by the usual means.
