I wanted to pass on my compliments for the hard work and tenacity which Stephen has shown in making it possible for me to have Remote Access to the Unicorn Theatre computer. Stephen worked patiently to resolve the problem and has been totally reliable at returning calls when promised and updating me on progress. He left no stone unturned until he could restore it.
