I was delighted to return to my desk around 1:30 to-day and find my computer had recovered from its 'bad hair day' and was back up and running. Just want to thank you for your care and support - it is a great comfort to know that there is someone with much knowledge and expertise at the end of a telephone when a crisis occurs.
