All of the engineers we've had in here from Co-Op have been very good, calm and unfazed by what the IT seems to throw at them. They have also all been quite 'human', which previous experience has indicated doesn't seem to be an industry-wide phenomenon. The team here consistently remark on this improvement, and so everyone's very happy to have switched over the support contract to you.
